1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cl444 platform — including the website at cl444.club and the cl444 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and cl444.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using cl444 immediately and close your account. Continued use of cl444 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use cl444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cl444 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on cl444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.

When registering on cl444, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

cl444 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported. cl444 does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or payments from third-party accounts.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from an account belonging to another person is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Deposits are credited to your cl444 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider

5 Withdrawals

cl444 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different account or a third-party account are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, cl444 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is in place to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card or other documentation.

9 Responsible Gaming

• cl444 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits cl444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

cl444 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed

Upon account closure for breach of terms, cl444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, remaining balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Changes to Terms
